Translucent general purpose molding silicone rubber products are heat-curing silicone rubbers which are widely used for molding in various industries. They excellent 2 roll mill workability, mold release ability and have various shore A hardness of 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80. These grades have good rebound resiliency and mechanical properties, and are used in various applications such as keypad and kitchenware.
Extruding silicone rubber products are compounds with shore A hardness 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80. They are designed to facilitate mixing with extruding fillers and additives.Along with mechanical and eletrical properties, these products have excellent process ability and usually made by an extruding process, but compression molding method is also possible.
These product have a lower hardness (shore A hardness 8 - 20) in the cured state.
They can be used in silicone rubber product such as sporting goods and medical articles that require a soft feel.
